This policy explains how the Minhas Cartinhas iPhone app handles photos, collection data, and catalog lookups. The app is free, requires no account, and shows no ads.
Photos, camera, and library
Access to the camera and photos depends on your permission on the iPhone. Selected images are analyzed on the device to find cards; the card photo is not sent to afirma.cc or price lookup services. Photos and thumbnails you choose to save stay in the app's storage.
Data stored on the device
Inventory, thumbnails, price references, exchange-rate data, preferences, and the record of terms acceptance are stored locally. The app does not ask for a child's name, date of birth, email, or account, and includes no advertising, usage analytics, or third-party tracking SDKs.
Internet lookups
To identify a card, the app may send its typed or recognized name and/or number to the public TCGdex API. If a quote is unavailable, it may send a card identifier to the Pokémon TCG API for a price reference. To estimate other currencies, it checks public European Central Bank exchange rates. External services may receive normal connection metadata, such as an IP address; their own privacy practices apply. Card photos and the full inventory are not sent in these requests.
Backup, export, and deletion
If iCloud Backup is enabled for the app, iOS may include local data in the device backup. Collection lets you export and import a copy of the inventory. You can remove cards in the app. Deleting the app or its data removes the collection and local acceptance record from the device, subject to backups under your control. There is no account or built-in sync between devices.
Children, links, and contact
A parent or guardian should supervise children's use. Links to external sites in the app pass through a gate for adults; those sites have their own privacy practices. For questions or data requests, an adult can write to suporte@afirma.cc. Please do not send photos of children or other unnecessary personal information.
Updates
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the app, which will ask for renewed acceptance when needed. An Android version is still planned; its practices will be described before release.
This site's language preference
When you choose a language on this site, a functional cookie stores your preference for up to one year. It does not identify your collection or serve advertising. A URL with an explicit language always takes precedence over the cookie.
